Some technical leaders are annoyingly dumb, and makes me wonder who the hell recruited them at the first place! With so many dissatisfied employees, Huawei is facing severe attrition, even from its Tier1 employees. Attitude of management - people who stay at office more (though not working, but just browsing through mails) are recognized for "excellent" performance.
