Good places to go for lunch nearby.

Cons

Skid row adjacent. 2/3 of the office is upper management. The other 1/3 are inexperienced entry level individuals left alone to guess at what they are doing. This leads to doing work over and over again until the guess correctly. Blown budgets are the rule not the exception. Below inflation salary progression, if any at all. Bonus' are just a promise.

nothing really. I worked from home maybe that is the only thing.

Cons

Bad management, lower than standard wages, lot of stress, not much growth opportunity, and worked full time when my hours was reduced to 60%. There are many problems. Your life will be hell. Stay away from this company.

Some of the projects are good.

Cons

They under pay employees, provide no work life balance and completely undervalue the work of anyone under a lead or manager position. They take credit for work done by their employees and reviews are completely biased, with no fair review of the manager’s performance; no accountability even with HR involved. Will tell you they are working on making changes but never do. Don’t waste your time at IBI.
