      Pros

      Good and honest company, pays correctly and has a good intent

      Cons

      Bad leadership which bullies managers, medium company which thinks is big as IBM or Accenture, and this mess with sales.

      Pros

      A fast-growing, professionally organized company with a portfolio of big-name multinational clients. Offers plentiful benefits and encourages you to fight for new languages, certifcations etc.

      Cons

      Huge workload means a lot of technical labor is required and proper training will not always be a thing when you start. You're thrown right into the mix and soon are required to perform as well as senior employees.
