Pros

IRC does a fantastic job of making their values known, working for an amazing cause, and giving great benefits. There are many sick days, vacation days, floating holidays that you can use, and they are usually granted if you request within the allotted time. The work keeps you very busy, but the people are amazing to work with for the most part.

Cons

The office is overworked and underpaid, and the management could do a significantly better job of supporting their employees, especially during the busy season.
