Pros

Dedicated coworkers, amazing clients, learned so much from everyone, best boss ever! This organization has a soul.

Cons

Low pay (as an AmeriCorps this is expected!), high burnout rate, not much room for promotion

Pros

Clients are great to work with, started there with a great internship and learned a lot.

Cons

Completely unprofessional, surprisingly not diverse workplace. No chance for professional development or support. They did not pay me in a timely manner. Suspicious internal/biased hiring practices.

Pros

A great organization, that really has an impact on refugees lives. As an intern, I learned a lot. I was really challenged and my supervisor gave me a lot of responsibilities (which I appreciated). Met some great people and really enjoyed working with refugees.

Cons

I wish interns were reimbursed, especially when diving clients.
