Good opportunities to rotate roles every 18 months. Good to have on your CV

Depending on what are you will work in will depend on your experience. Working at Whitley is very different to CB and Solihull. Too many people in departments, unsure of what they actually do and information different within each area so no one version of the truth.

So many new people who didn't have a clue. Working internally becomes paper shuffling and submitting metrics, instead of true engineering
