Pros

Great product, 'some' great people.

Cons

Duplication of roles and responsibilities. Expansion is heralded as a great thing, but the reality is there is no recruitment or organisational strategy so managers/departments keep recruiting when skills already exist in the organisation. Everyone aspires to reach LL5 and get their hands on a Range Rover Sport. Benefits at Senior Management level lock these managers into the business as they could never afford a £100k car (changed every 6 months) in any other business. As a result, Managers keep their heads down and don't rock the boat in fear of losing the benefits. Managers approach is all about self interest and not actually achieving anything tangible. Culture - unfortunately there are some 'not very nice' people in the business (but thankfully only a handful. Processes are awful. Too much 'business speak'- like being in an episode of W1A

Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback for us, sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your time with us. We’ve been working on a really exciting HR strategy and there’s a lot of work being done to implement across the business to make things clearer, easier and faster. Recruitment and organisational strategy planning has been centralised and we’re working hard to support all of our line managers in achieving the tangible as we continue to grow.

Pros

the wage is good. Close to home for me

Cons

work overtime, can't be late or sick or you lose your job. Internal roles always offered but always taken so wasted three years applying for roles with little hope
