NPP has gone down the pan - management is lacking in leadership, dangerous and unengaged. If you wear a short skirt or have previously have worked in productiont procurement you'll be ok, otherwise not.

Pros

Has a great graduate scheme and good training opportunities. Build great products and in my experience the teams you work with are very talented.

Cons

Company has grown too fast and tried to do too much at once. Let down by the lack of organisation and the poor processes in place. Very hierarchical in manufacturing which really adds frustration and slows down your ability to get the job done quickly.
