- Managers are not qualified for their position. (all are in relation with someone) hardly anyone with merit - Work environment sucks, F work is a common in meetings, no respect for females sitting in meetings. - Managers get bonus, bigger salary package but have no educational background. majority are floor workers who are now working as managers. No out of the box thinking no creativity. - Management focuses more on monthly $$$ goals than anything... Managers make upto 20 -30 percent in quarterly bonus. And floor workers get burned doing overtime everyday every week.
