Pros

JCI is a great place to learn and grow in your career. They have excellent products and are very strategic in their approach to the market.

Cons

JCI is a large company and with that comes the cons. It can be difficult to complete tasks that should be simple and there are a lot of processes, some of which seem unnecessary.

Pros

They work in a team environment, meeting to improve cohesion between work and team participation in an effective manner. Performance measured with results

Cons

Room for improvements in facility design and health concerns. These issues are in work in progress status and is a good start.
