      New types of ideas and equipment and testing good workers great products great employees to work with has a lot of chance for growth

      to many hours 60+ every week and 7 days a week work. management is 70s style could treat employees a lot better need to work on employee relations rate it 35 out of 100 on employee relations

      Like most large companies with a sales force - Work ethic and travel are a must. However, many of their solutions are easy to sell with the right knowledge and skills.

      Cons

      Live and die by the spreadsheet. Johnson Controls talks about account management, but does not practice in any way. They sell a solution to a customer and walk away.

      Pros

      Working at Johnson Controls was great. My past job experience was perfectly suited for what I was doing and I was given freedom to grow.

      Cons

      The priorities of management would shift constantly. One day you would be working on meeting a certain deadline, then the next day you were told to a different deadline.
