      Pros

      The benefits are great, so is the pay

      Cons

      No work-life balance. They make it very difficult to use PTO. Rules apply to some and not others.. LOTS of favoritism. Coworkers are allowed to get away with absolutely ridiculous things that would not fly anywhere because management doesn't manage and blames it on the union. Management DOES, however, change things constantly (such as schedules) without spending any time on the unit to actually understand what works and doesn't work.
