- no existence of the concept of holidays - You work but do not get paid extra for holiday hours - unpaid maternity/parental leave - unpaid military leave - worst health insurance package - no sick time off

- work from home - not too closely monitor - support staff members are generally friendly

Cons

- starting to replace interpreters with AI - not appreciate loyalty of employees - minimal compensation and no benefits - no bonus, no paid time off, very bare minimum
