If you are looking to work extra hours, over time is available most of the time, with some exemptions, overall a good place to work

Cons

There is no opportunity to grow, vacation days are available but not paid, worst health insurance ever, expensive with little coverage

Work from home as a FT/PT with set hrs, or contractor who determines your own hours. Great benefits.

Cons

Schedule requests can only be made once a year, regardless if previous one was approved/denied. Pretty busy, calls are almost non-stop.
