      Buen ambiente. Si bien es un poco vende humo, realmente son todos buena onda. Te capacitan y acompañan el primer tiempo, a la hora de sacar algunas features pueden meter presion pero nunca he visto que lo digan de mala manera

      El ritmo es tan acelerado que la mayoria de las veces no se documenta. Pagan en pesos

      Leaders are very supportive. Team work is a reality. You don't feel alone doing your job. Diversity of cultures as teams are conformed by people from different countries in LATAM. Annual bonus and Work from home subsidy

      Cons

      If you're curious about hands on experience on the cloud and you're not in one of the platform teams, you'll be disappointed, as in MeLi a PaaS hides the implementation of queues, jobs, databases, caches... Etc On call is a reality and you will have to be available.. anyway is super well organized

      - Not very demanding - good benefits

      Cons

      - Not very challenging - Difficult to get something done, slow processes - Every manager was really into these company culture things and pushed you to do company activities, and judged you for not turning on your camera - Unpaid guards - A lot of useless meetings (1hr long dailies)
