      Really great option to keep developing, the company provides tools to every level, no matter if you are a Full Time or a Vendor, you will be treated equaly by the organization.

      Cons

      Although the company promotes "intrapreneurship", there's not much openess to try or apply new processes in some areas, at the end you can express your idea but you can be pretty sure it will be archived.
