      * Work for US companies * 100% payroll * Some additional perks that are common between other companies, but still acceptable * You can learn a lot for your career

      Cons

      * Management has not clear vision on how to grow the company * Strong monetary dependency on few clients * Zero career path * Lack of salary reviews/rises unless you get with a formal offer from another company * It is practically impossible to change to another position or client, unless you do wrong your job or the client finishes the contract with the company * If you have luck and get promoted, you will be more focused on taking care on the other's job * Micromanagement * When working from home you literally need to send emails when being available and not available * Fixed schedule (8am to 6 pm)
