      GRM&HR Unskilled, No Commitment to Policies, Career plans.Use and Throw,Poor immigration team,Employees are not respected Documented process fail no one is accountable, They even forget to apply your dependent Visa's some time They lie when they say you will be allowed to manage your Career, They won't let you manage it and they can't manage it. You will never be able to get out of billable assignment They will talk only about Lay off once you are on bench. Poor resource forecasting and bench managment. To avoid lay off they can put you in entry roles and ask you can take this up or you will be laid off Your manager will show dis respect on face by hanging up Phone or not answering your emails when you need his support

      Career progression, Global support network, educated, skilled and professional co-workers. Dimension Data also provides a helpful and friendly work environment where the clients needs are put first.

      Cons

      The only real downside of working for such a large organisation is the difficulty in ensuring that our a consistent and coordinated client experience.
