Sundays off A gift card on Christmas If they feel like it they will buy Publix chicken wings or pizza from Anthony’s coal fire

Cons

Easy to point fingers without realizing the situation Two faced all the time instead of being straight forward and honest Don’t care about their employees regardless of how long you’ve been in the company Constantly changing management in every department (almost every quarter) There is no such thing as growth unless you know the managers in that company and that’s if you follow what they say even though their ways of doing things does not work Wants you to do more things than what your supposed to do especially when you’re not being payed enough to become a manager

It depends on the boss you have but usually the environment is quite friendly and the hours are flexible.

Cons

Things are not said to your face, it is a hierarchical company and a step up in your career usually only happens if you are sympathetic to some high-level manager. I would not call Nissan a meritocratic company. Processes are slow and it is difficult if not impossible to make them faster.
