Benefits package. Flex time. Company car sometimes twice per year and medium spec cars around 300Kmxn price. Medical check up.

Cons

Bad service and food in dinner room. Unfairly promotions, non based on merits. Profit sharing decreases every year. Expenses report very strict and full of paperwork.
