      - Ok basic although everyone differ massively Nothing else

      - poor management - Your progression openly discussed with members of your team - Saturated markets assigned to you - Focused on only when you have a deal - impossible to make comms due to above - Offered new role after probation failed to push you out of the company knowing the won’t offer this to you. -Fake culture

      1. Lack of training. 2. Very disorganized 3. CRM is nothing more than a basic note taking app and not tech-oriented 4. Weeks to get materials if they ever show up. 5. Can be unethical and focus is not compliance or ethics.

      Pros

      Oyo has some great qualities. The willingness to experiment and move quickly. Tech solutions are built at breathtaking speed. The professional and personal growth potential is fantastic, if you want to learn quickly about business from the ground up, this is the place to be. The people are legit and want to do great things.

      Cons

      The lack of clear a) reporting, b) decision-making and c) owners behind each business decision can be frustrating. Additionally, HR needs more investment and resources. Very few best practices, employee surveys, HRBPs. Finally, the company has over-hired people at the very senior and junior level with more people joining daily.
