Pros
Flex work is great, make your own hours in my team. Access to many learning tools like safaribooksonline. Good leverage for another job, I just wish I didn't have to use it to be paid fairly
Cons
Few opportunities to actually learn something past the initial curve. Promotions without a raise is nearly guaranteed. Anything to save a dollar on the employee's salary. No growth opportunity, despite the emails that claim the opposite
