Great Code, No Social Life

Pros

Great structure to code. Best coding practices. Lots of resources with a company that has funding. Your mentors know what they're doing. Awesome documentation, which is more important than the code sometimes.

Cons

Depending on your team, on-calls can call you anywhere in the middle of the night to the middle of the day. So if your team is small, on-call will welcome itself in your social life. I hear its not bad depending on your team and the ratio of seniors to juniors. Unlimited PTO leads to developers not taking PTO Conservative culture.
