Pros

As a Fresher, you will see how company works Multi-Region, with vast expertise in different Languages. Will be interacting with different origins of people. If lucky, then will be able to build project from scratch. Team will comprise of age group between 22-40/45

Cons

A new person with same experience might be payed double then you. Differentiate people on the based of there previous income. No fixed CTC is there for a same position. Manager will be earning less then a newly joined developer from IIT.

Pros

Lots of free time. You basically get a fixed amount(nonincreasing) in your bank account for as long as you want with doing less work than a course project.

Cons

No innovation. No challenges. Bad management. People are either fresh grads who joined unknowingly or people with 10+ years of experience who have given up in life.
