- Good work experience short-term - Friendly staff - Easy to take days off - Reimbursed travel - Safe work for minors

Cons

- Not a high skill ceiling - Certain roles are hard to do as a minor - Having to upsell can be awkward - Not a lot of new things you can add to a CV after you've been there a while - Management can be a bit bullheaded
