      people are really fun and good to work with facilities like gym, free snacks are some of the perks you look forward to

      politics no vision in upper mgmt, who are making decisions that create disbelief in the company What the upper managements say is not what they implement

      Great work culture. High Value adding work. Good learning opportunity. Good work life balance. Slowly moving moving to drive more business

      Politics at work. Always working to fight to achieve what you want and what you are not getting. In order to get the work done need to collaborate a lot. Lack of complete domain knowledge. Need to learn and pick things yourself

      Politics are awful. Takes too long to get anything through the "process". People are too worried about making themselves look good and sacrificing their teams in the process.
