Propio is a company that is constantly changing and growing. One day will never feel like the last, and it is a proven concept as it is consistently showing success after success. This company thrives with like minded individuals that wants to be a part of the change and will embrace and be motivated by how fast things move at this company. The growth opportunity is here and is evident in how many people are being promoted up in the organization. Recently the company has updated polices to include hybrid work schedules, 100% paid for medical benefits for employee only, and weekly employee engagements like happy hours or company breakfasts.
Cons
It is a growing company! This comes with painful moments where things that we have tried as an organization doesn't work out and we have to adapt and try something new. Like my headline states, "Change means that what was before wasn't perfect..." and we are never striving to be perfect, just trying our best to make the right decisions each day.
