Pros

Opportunity and freedom - As it is a very fast growing company, you quickly have to become good as you will be tomorrow's leader or 'experienced' team member, where tomorrow is literally within 8-10 months. With this comes huge opportunity (if you want it) to develop and learn. As the company needs to change regularly because of it's ever changing size you become the process creators of the future. Management tend to trust the people they promote will do a good job of creating the future of the company.

Cons

Qualtrics is a hard place to work. The company re-invents itself every 18months and requires you to evolve with it. This can be a strain if you want to have a comfortable job that requires you to do a similar thing day in, day out. Because it is hard work, it can be easy to feel you are not being paid enough at the beginning. This is a fallacy in my opinion. Also, pay gets considerably better with promotion.

Pros

Qualtrics is growing very quickly and that creates lots of opportunities. People who work well in ambiguous environments, who are proactive and innovative, and who take initiative do very well here. There are some who watch more from the sidelines and wonder why they don't get the same opportunities. My experience has been that if you have a good idea, can make a business case for it and are willing to do the work, then Qualtrics is willing to bet on you and give you as much opportunity as you're willing to take on. In other words, it's not just a growing company, but a company that wants you to grow with it and all the opportunities are there for the people who want them. The culture is also really good. Qualtrics is very thoughtful about its growth and works hard to make sure it keeps what is good about the culture and is always improving in areas where things can get better (they added full payment of healthcare benefits for the employee and their families one year, they added 401K matching the next year, etc. etc.)

Cons

There are constant growing pains. Qualtrics is good at figuring out how to address them, but that doesn't mean that they aren't there. It is a very loyal culture, which can be both good and bad.
