Pros

Great work environment and culture. It is a laid back but competitive at the same time atmosphere. The company is a rocketship that is going places and with that growth provides lots of opportunities to grow your own career.

Cons

Best time to join would have been a year or two ago, but still a great time before they go public.

Pros

Wonderful working atmosphere, great people who are excited to be there, wonderful perks, such as massage chairs, free food, company parties, plus more for full-time employees

Cons

If you don't like pets, beware, people always bring their pets to work. I was fine with it, but not everyone cares for that aspect. Currently very client focused, but may become too separated from client
