Pros

Good office space and young crowd. Lots of intelligent people and pretty clear pathway to "promotions." Seems to be an excellent place for engineers and product-dev people. Strong promotion of company values. Excellent benefits make up for very below-market compensation.

Cons

There is little to absolute zero training for incoming employees in the sales team -- very sink or swim. The mid-level management and sales leaders are all mid-20s to early-30s and while intelligent, generally lack the maturity and sobriety to handle large and diverse teams (hence the tendency to hire primarily white males, likely around 90% of their employees).

Pros

The culture is great, they give you a lot of food, great people with exception of some senior leadership. Free company breakfasts on thursday. They pay the benefits for all employees. Fun environment.

Cons

The work/life balance can be really hard on sales. As with any tec sales job, it is all about the numbers. Micromanagement has been hard to deal with. I do better when I know what I have to do and do it and not be dragged into the glass to see what I have been missing.

Pros

- Management/founding team cares about making something that lasts - True meritocracy; If you work hard and make a real impact, you'll be rewarded very well. - Product and market strategy is well-developed. People know what they need to do to "win" in the market - Incredible benefits options. - Culture allows for taking a risk. Newest employees can try different ways of doing things without getting "squashed" - Transparency from management team. Weekly and quarterly meetings are great for showing where the company is going.

Cons

- Too much food! ;) - As with any growing company, some functions in the company become understaffed relative to the company as a whole. This can put heavy pressure on the individuals in the group to perform more than their share for a time. This issue has improved dramatically as the leadership team has evolved over the last year.
