Pros

-Very quick to hire - Can probably move up into management very quickly if you're willing to stick around

Cons

-trainer didn't show up for 2 days with no other management present to take over -trainer kept leaving the room leaving us to sit there -trainer sent someone else in to train us, while he laid down on the floor in the back of the room

The ability to save costs associated with commuting to and from work each day. Increased productivity.No distractions

Cons

I have not had any cons because there is a chat one on one with my supervisor and a team chat as well as a chat for the shift i am on.
