Pros

Flexible schedule, unlimited overtime most of the time. Promotions within workforce is it is a small one.

Cons

no PTO, Vacation, Sick, or Other Time. Only 1 or 2 possibilities for advancement as far as steps you can climb within the company. Favoritism has a very definite presence.

Felon Friendly, Open Hire, Flexible

Cons

Certain Management, unsanitary (they didn't have any rules regarding sanitation of the equipment), No potential to rise up, scandals (identity theft and theft), little communication from management, poor training ( my trainer came in very hungover one day and slept in the corner), dishonesty (we lied on our SLA and faked many numbers)
