- depending on who your boss is , people are not necessarily being promoted based on merit
- bond is ridiculous, I don’t think anyone should be bonded because the company give training . If that is the case, staff should be able to choose not to attend training
- people : this is about luck , not saying all people who don’t leave rsm are weird but just saying most of them are.
- the salary , recently adjusted to be competitive with other mid tier firm but it took a pandemic to make that happen
- workload : the salary just don’t meet the workload allocated . Before I left , I was going 3 group audits and planning for listed company. Safe to say I almost died
- too much admin work : we have alot of admin we need to do ourselves ( printing, beautifying fs, posting etc ) , the higher you go, the more admin you have . Not that there is no typist department , it is just understaffed so you end up doing a lot of admin work yourself
