      Lot's of opportunities but culture is tricky

      - Best tech tools available - Great people - Fast paced environment is good for learning

      Cons

      - Culture is not the best. A lot of people are burned out and not motivated.

We are growing rapidly, which is a challenge, so we work every day to improve our processes and the organization of our teams. Also, we have changing processes that are constantly under construction. Rappi is a company for builders, who see in our company the ability to create and propose.
