Pros

4 months maternity leave for women only, discounted price on its premium priced products and flexible work time frm home.

Cons

Outdated primitive accounting systems in certain countries. Manual work analysis needed. Systems issues take most of the time. Slave driver directors/leaders who lack EQ, people management skills and fail to allocate workload. Leaders failed in understanding and working with diversity. Directors who add more stress and workload to subordinates just to show superiority Which translate to poor work life balance. ( Family Women, listen here, if you have hired help at home, you will enjoy working because you are expected to put in long hours) Work frm home flexibility mentioned in Hr is a phony statement. Even claims and leave approval need heavy justification.m
