Great place to work...but overall they promote by time served, not by meritt.

Pros

The management and fellow employees are very friendly. There is good job security. Management will let you take on as much responsibilty as you want to if you want to increase your knowlege in the industry.

Cons

Its kind of an old thinking company. Promotions are given typically based on years or service instead of meritt of work. 90% of the people do 10% of the work and managment knows this but doesn't seem to care as long as all of the work gets done. The pay is not terrible, but its not competetive in the market place.
