Project-level folks are great to work with. They are the driving force of SSOE's success.

Cons

Corporate-level staff are too disconnected from the clients and projects. I see upper management giving other upper management more career opportunities.

Often times one could be thrown into a position to cover suddenly spiked areas hit by an uptick in work.
