- Good work / personal life balance - Interesting work if you are in the middle / front desk as you are required to get completely involved in business.

Cons

- Mediocre (at best) IT technology. - Variable compensation relies heavily on discretionary issues. - Promotions above middle rank positions are scarce. - Bureaucratic. - For certain areas, business strategy remains unclear
