Pros

Good training, flexible with work schedule, good benefits, perks and incentives. Multicultural environment with new immigrants being recruited and supported.

Cons

Long extended hours. Not enough support from senior management. Sales was always a priority with service taking a side burner.

Pros

Wide range of opportunities and exposure to other business units especially in Toronto because of the size and proximity of different departments. Get certain financial benefits from being an employee.

Cons

When looking to move, it depends on how accepting your boss is. They can scuttle your plans quickly. Compared to other financial institutions, the financial benefits are not as significant. There is a tendency to move senior executives into different areas even though they do not have applicable backgrounds.
