Pros

good pay while structure of teams is completely disjointed across various countries there's attempt of creating office culture by regular meetups at local offices good benefits? (haven't got a chance to test them but they seem to exist)

Cons

I joined a dead project where absolutely nothing was happening. Management kept saying that everything was fine and that work would appear soon. I left the project before it was dissolved. While on the bench, the company failed to find me a suitable project, even though I noticed that they were recruiting for positions that matched my skills.

Thank you for your feedback. The new CEO has years of multi-faceted experience within SoftServe, including sales. He is actively working to improve our sales and marketing collaboration, as well as ensure we always do right by our customers with the long-term goals of the company in mind. Our company is indeed on the path to better diversity. Currently, 53% of managerial roles in the company are held by women, and this percentage is increasing every year, which is quite a high rate in the tech world. Diversity is significant, and we strive to become an even more diverse company.
