Pros

A lot of trainings and own academy, positive people, many offices

Cons

Too many reorganisations just because, management can't deal to one approach. Management don't follow values they promote. There is no responsibility for fails.

Pros

It is possible to start as a junior and in a five years reach Tech Lead position. Many professionals has been working here. I proud been here.

Cons

Management is a bit reluctant in response, but it does not mean management not listening to employees. Probably it because of significant growing last couple of years.
