Pros

The company provides many interesting opportunities. You can grow fast from junior to senior positions. There's a good methodology for career growth. If you want, you can reach a lot in the company. Nice people, I'd say it's the most important part of the company. Recently we've got a new shiny modern office. Parking lot, gyms, fruits & cookies.

Cons

At some point of time you meet 'the glass ceiling'. You bring more money to the company and it does not affect your salary. The management tends to increase your salary for 50-100 per year and you're starting to look around for more opportunities in other companies, which happily offer you want you want.
