Pros

Big company with mature processes. It has understandable standards for promotion and salary review. It is a good place to grow from a trainee to senior developer or even a manager. Good benefits package: on-site gym, free tea, coffee, milk, fruits and cookies, trainings, language courses, 3 weeks of paid vacation. Management is interested in investing in people. There are possibilities of business trips both abroad and over Ukraine, but it depends on a project.

Cons

Overtimes and team management are highly depend on project. Some projects may have long working hours, overtimes and working weekends which usually are not paid.
