      Great team, interesting projects, not a lot of pressure, in case you got bored you can change a project and a team.

      career growth might be a bit slower than in smaller companies.

      * when talking about relationships between you and the company, company's primary concern is your personal growth; * they also try to keep office space pleasant to work in; * opportunities to work in different locations in Ukraine and abroad (USA, Europe);

      It's hard to find ones at the moment (with nine-year employment experience) :)
