Pros

Great graduate colleagues CEO was impressive Good starting salary

Cons

Hired a group of graduates only to fire them in batches regardless of how well they were doing, entirely down to the managers personal opinion of you. Huge company focus on culture, yet the company possesses none whatsoever with senior management unapproachable and other employees having no respect for any of the graduates. Very high pressure and extremely tense working atmosphere were you fear the sack any minute. Can be distressing to be sacked and also see other colleagues fired and told to leave randomly on the spot. Lots of cold calling often without any real help and with limited training on most products, yet you're still expected to excel.

Pros

None - the company let's people go left right and centre while competitors have the decency to put people on part-time work for a while

Cons

The company is in total chaos. People are getting made redundant en masse and any review on here saying it's a great place to work is either paid by the company or HR is busy setting up fake profiles. The people aren't the brightest and the leadership team hides away in Switzerland surrounded by their cronies. Stay well away as you'll get the boot after the merger anyway.

1) Losing its culture 2) A players leaving the company 3) The vision and transformation journey is lacking an strategic communication to reach all levels 4) salaries not according to the markets 5) lacking focus on people 6) succession plan not defined 7) lack of "leadership" in certain Regional teams 8) Still a boys club 9) no retention plan for A players
