Dear Colleague - thanks for taking the time to write your feedback and I am delighted that you are happy to come to work and that you feel SoftwareONE is a fun company to work for. If I read your note correctly, you also comment that SWO is a good place to get experience that you would otherwise not get elswhere - the autonomy you mention as well as the entrepreneurial culture. Transparently I am aware that the company is not number 1 in terms of compensation however, I do believe we are competitive and offer a considerable amount of other opportunities in the context of our culture and global structure. Hi - thank you for taking the time to present your feedback. It's great to see that you see our culture as a positive one and you feel we are focused on our people.
