Thanks for providing such a balanced view - I appreciate the situation in CENTRAM is more challenging to due to geography and the requirement to share resources while we scale up. We are working hard to reduce admin via systems investments (CRM, BI, HCM) and I hope you will see the effects in 2018 and beyond.
