Pros
Deals in licensing of software so you can learn about that a lot..You get new hire training which gives you the details of every department in the company, very useful if you need to move to some other department but only after 18 months in current post. Lots of activities done but depends on which department you are hired, some are very busy and some have no work at all.The best part is work from home but its not for everyone.
Cons
Its a hire and fire company, if you are not required they will fire you or post you in some department which you may not want to go. 60 days notice period is too long. some managers are stupid.
