There is nothing. One should stay away from this company

Cons

- Company fires employees after 15 yrs - Open sexual harassment culture fully supported by management. Indian government should lock down their office - Zero ethics, their internal compliance process is fully broken - No growth, no learning, only politics

Pros

Unlimited home office (depends on the manager) Relatively good benefits (CO2 programme, 5 extra days of annual leave) Bikes you can hire for 2 hours (not provided by Swiss RE but the building owner) Ideal for people with no university degree, you would not take advantage it here anyway

Cons

Salary below average Poor management (at least the L&H branch) No perspective for real career growth Cost cutting everywhere High bureaucracy Talent and creativity not valued
