Everyone is incredibly smart, talented, friendly and usually outgoing. The culture is also great, encouraging a fast yet friendly atmosphere. The culture is also very diverse and open to people of all backgrounds which is great. Depending on who you work for, you will usually have a flexible schedule with a great work/life balance. Another great reason to work for Target is the amount of time and money they will invest in your personal development. They want you to succeed and they will do what they can to make sure you do.
Cons
With such a large organization, it can be difficult to navigate through all the politics that go hand-in-hand with an organization this size. It can be pretty difficult for people in hourly positions to get promoted into a position with a salary.
